We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for student engagement, counselling, lead conversion, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, fees, scholarships, and career outcomes.
- Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and payment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Handle student queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for smooth admissions processing.




- Participate in webinars, career fairs, and promotional events when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, EdTech sales, or student recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
