- Key Responsibilities

- Provide career guidance to students and help them with enrollment

- Managing telephone and email queries

- Regular leads follow-up to ensure achievement of sales targets

- Planning and execution of email/SMS campaigns

- Maintenance and reporting of student enrollment data

- Working in partnership with the marketing team on sales targets

- Discussing career and educational goals with students

- Plans and implements programs to help students with academic and career decisions.

- Experience in student counseling, development, education, or related field

- Performs related duties as required

- Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query

- Responsible for Converting Telephone Enquiries Into Admissions.





- Responsible for Achieving Business Targets Through Effective Counseling as per the Timelines

- Requirements

- Proven experience as a Guidance Counselor or Teacher

- Working knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of computers and Internet

- Self-motivated & Confident

- Interested in mentoring and guiding students

- Good interpersonal and presentation skills

- Should have good oral and written communication skills

- An effective communicator

- Should be versatile enough to adapt

- Education Qualification

- B.Tech /MBA/Graduates (in Any Stream) & Post-graduates can also apply
