Primary Responsibilities:

Opening and closing of the engineering department(as per shift)

To monitor manufacturing equipments operation.

To follow Preventive maintenance schedule of manufacturing equipments.

To perform Preventive maintenance of equipments and complete related documents.

To attend breakdown of equipments and complete related documents.

To monitor and check daily cleaning of engineering office.

To maintain the equipment in proper working condition with respect to cleanliness and performance.

To avoid the cross contamination during the maintenance of the machine.

Installation of the current machine/ equipments and provide source of utility.

To follow Standard operating procedures.

To make Root cause analysis reports of Equipment

To prepare and maintain maintenance history report of equipment

To control the inventory Stock Record

To Follow the GMP and GEP norms.

To identify and perform Calibration of Equipments/ Instruments according to the schedule.

To provide preventive maintenance and services to all departments.

To handle, maintain and update of the Pharmacloud system.





To maintain DG Set with continuous supply of power / other services.

To participate in Qualification programme for equipment / machines.

To conduct requalification of equipments.

To follow and complete equipment DQ.IQ,OQ,PQ

To do Building Maintenance

To monitor & control all Engineering Department functions.

Secondary Responsibilities:

To maintain utility area.

To maintain logbook of HVAC, Water system, Air compressor, Boiler and chiller

To perform Preventive maintenance of HVAC, water system, Air compressor, Boiler and chiller

To attend breakdown of HVAC,water system, Air compressor, Boiler and chiller

To monitor and check all electrical work.

To provide training to subordinates as and when required.

To perform the duties as and when alloted.

Motivation and awareness among subordinates.

Improve weaknesses in design, operation and maintenance skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
