Position: Legal & Taxation Officer

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Qualification: CA / CS / Law degree

Experience: 10+ years of experience in taxation and legal compliance, with in managing GST and Income Tax functions.

Salary: ₹12LPA - ₹15LPA

*Job Description:*

Manage complete GST compliance activities, including return filing, reconciliations, refund processes, assessments, and audit requirements.

Manage Income Tax compliance, including advance tax, TDS, return filings, and assessment proceedings.

Review and draft commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and export-related documentation.

Handle statutory filings and coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.

Monitor changes in tax regulations and corporate laws, providing guidance on compliance risks and business impact.

Manage tax notices, assessments, and litigation support in coordination with external legal counsel.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance while minimizing regulatory and financial risks.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
