Electrical Technician – Job Description

Position: Electrical Technician (B Class License)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics.
- Operate and maintain substation equipment, including Transformers, HT & LT Panels, VCBs, and ACBs.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification.
- Carry out daily equipment inspections and maintain checklist records.
- Follow all electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain basic maintenance records using computer applications.

Requirements:

- Valid B Class Electrical License.
- Experience in industrial electrical maintenance and fault finding.
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, VCBs, and ACBs.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot breakdowns.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office or maintenance record entry).
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
