Studio Bhumi is a design-focused architecture and interior practice working on residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. Our work emphasizes thoughtful design, materials, detailing, and spatial experience. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior working drawings
- Develop CAD drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and detailed execution drawings
- Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, and site teams
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all drawings
- Support design development and execution processes
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory
- Solid understanding of architectural drafting standards
- Knowledge of SketchUp is preferred
- Ability to understand design concepts and convert them into technical drawings
- Understanding of site coordination and construction drawings
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative studio environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Draftsmanship
- Prior experience in architecture or interior design firms preferred
- Candidates based in Dehradun or willing to relocate preferred
