Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from prospective students and parents.
Explain courses, fees, eligibility, admission procedures, and career prospects clearly.
Counsel students to help them choose suitable programs based on their interests and goals.
Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and SMS.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and admissions in CRM or databases.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission and call targets.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.
Handle objections professionally and close admissions.
Provide post-admission support and guidance when required.
Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
