- We are looking for a skilled Sr. Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and scale PPC and paid media campaigns for eCommerce and lead generation businesses.
- Optimize campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
- Lead and mentor the in-house marketing team to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Communicate with international clients, present strategies, and share performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid knowledge of PPC, SEM, and performance marketing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Experience with eCommerce and lead generation campaigns is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
