Key Responsibilities:

- Explain product features, advantages, and technical specifications clearly
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate IT solutions
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams

- Provide product demonstrations and basic training when required
- Maintain accurate product and customer documentation
Qualifications

technical sales, or product advisory roles
