Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Student Counsellor to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive student conversions by providing expert counseling, conducting webinars, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Student Counseling: Provide guidance to students regarding study abroad options, university admissions, and visa processes.
✔Webinars & Seminars: Conduct engaging online and offline sessions to educate students and parents.
✔Sales & Conversions: Convert student inquiries into successful enrollments, ensuring monthly targets are met.
✔Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
✔Market Awareness: Stay updated on study destinations, visa requirements, and university trends.
✔Team Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize conversion rates.

What We Expect:

Excellent Communication Skills – Fluent in English & Malayalam (Other languages are a plus!)
