Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, construction documentation, and technical details. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, a good understanding of building construction, and the ability to convert design concepts into clear execution drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural working drawings, submission drawings, and construction documents.
- Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Prepare door-window schedules, staircase details, toilet details, and finishing drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior design consultants.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site requirements.
- Maintain organized drawing files and documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Assist architects during design development and construction documentation.
- Prepare presentation drawings when required.
- Support site teams by providing drawing clarifications and updates.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp.
- Basic understanding of Revit (preferred).
- Knowledge of construction detailing and building materials.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Good understanding of architectural drafting standards.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship.
- 1–5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of local building bye-laws is an advantage.

- AutoCAD
