We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of mechanical construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage documentation, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budgetary standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical construction projects.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, contracts, technical submissions, and project reports.
- Coordinate material procurement, resource allocation, and site activities to support uninterrupted project execution.
- Prepare periodic project status reports,



progress updates, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Identify project risks and support the implementation of corrective actions to achieve project objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of mechanical construction processes and project execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
