Job Description:

PawSpace is hiring a target-driven Inside Sales / Telesales professional to join our growing sales team in Bengaluru. If you have experience in telesales, inside sales, revenue generation, or academy/admissions counselling, this is a high-incentive sales role with real growth potential.

What You'll Do

- Handle inbound sales leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, and social media, converting them into paid bookings
- Drive outbound telesales calls to current, warm, and dormant leads
- Explain and sell grooming, training, boarding, and subscription services to pet parents
- Meet daily and monthly revenue targets through consistent calling and follow-up discipline
- Upsell subscription and repeat-service packages to grow customer lifetime value
- Handle sales objections around pricing, service quality, and availability
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead to payment collection to booking handoff
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reporting

What We're Looking For





- 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, revenue generation, or academy/admissions counselling
- Background in ed-tech, academy counselling, service sales, hospitality, health-tech, or startup sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills — confident explaining products/services over phone and WhatsApp
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and revenue targets
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business
- A love for pets is a bonus, not a requirement!

Compensation & Benefits

- ₹4-6 LPA fixed salary + uncapped performance incentives
- Monthly incentive of ₹13,000 on target achievement
- Daily spot incentives of ₹1,000–₹2,500
- High performers can earn up to ₹40,000/month in additional incentives
- Performance-based hikes starting at 6 months

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: HSR HustleHub, Bengaluru (On-site, 6 days/week)
Experience: 2+ years in sales, telesales, or inside sales required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
