The role is for an Enterprise Software Sales Specialist (Field Sales Executive) responsible for driving new B2B software/SaaS business across Pune, Maharashtra, Direct selling and deal closure.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an assigned territory, map target SMB/enterprise accounts, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct in‑person meetings, product demos, and presentations to C‑level, IT heads, and operations leaders
- Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles: negotiations, handling objections, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and referrals.
- Collect market and competitor insights and share product feedback with internal teams.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of proven field sales or B2B SaaS/software sales experience with consistent quota achievement.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Good understanding of software, cloud, or enterprise applications and ability to explain technical solutions to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; self‑motivated, adaptable, and open to frequent travel
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual meeting platforms.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
