Duties & Responsibilities:
Recording and maintaining tender data on a weekly basis and submitting structured reports covering total tenders evaluated, relevant tenders, tenders won/lost, and status tracking.
Conducting competitive analysis and submitting comparative data of past tenders using available bidding portals and platforms (IREPS, GeM, etc.).
Drafting, reviewing, and coordinating letters, declarations, undertakings, and documents required for tender submission in line with tender conditions and customer requirements.
Maintaining a tender database for historical reference, analysis, and management reporting.

Skills Required:
Solid study, research, and analytical skills related to tenders, competitors, and market trends.
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to create graphical presentations, charts, and dashboards for tender status, trends, and management reviews.
Valuable documentation, drafting, and communication skills with robust attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
