Job Description:
Execute equity & derivatives trades via digital platforms with accuracy.
Handle online clients, resolve trading queries, and provide basic market guidance.
Drive brokerage revenue through active client engagement and trade volume.
Activate dormant clients and improve retention.
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, PMS/AIF, Margin Funding (MTF).
Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal risk policies.
Support clients in using trading apps/web platforms.
