Role & responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day site execution activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise construction work and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors for smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress and report daily activities to senior engineers.
Verify measurements and maintain work records, checklists, and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies at the project site.
Assist in material planning, receipt, and inventory monitoring.
Support inspection and testing of construction materials and executed work.
Identify site issues and escalate them to the reporting manager with suitable solutions.
Participate in project meetings and maintain progress reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
