Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related healthcare field (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid license or certification in the relevant healthcare discipline (e.g., Registered Nurse, Medical Technologist).
1+ year of hands-on experience in oncology, hematology, or a related clinical specialty.
Solid understanding of cancer types, staging systems (e.g., TNM), and treatment modalities.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical documentation tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-pressure workplace with empathy and professionalism.
Willingness to engage in ongoing training and certification in oncology care.
