Key Responsibilities

Prompt Engineering & Content Generation: Draft, refine, and execute accurate prompts to create blog posts, social media copy, newsletters, graphics, and visual content using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Canva AI.
Document Creation: Produce clear, structured business documents, including reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), meeting summaries, and proposals.
Cross-Team Support: Work closely with marketing and non-technical teams to understand their requirements and generate the exact content or visual assets they need.
Prompt Library & Templates: Create and maintain a library of reusable prompt templates so team members can quickly generate routine content independently.
Asset Optimization: Review and edit AI-generated text and visual outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with our brand voice.

Requirements & Qualifications

Hands-on AI Experience: Proven track record of using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion,



or similar) for content and image generation.
Solid Prompt Engineering Skills: Ability to write clear, structured, and context-rich prompts that consistently output high-quality results.
Content Creation & Editing: Excellent writing, editing, and graphic formatting skills with an eye for quality and brand consistency.
Communication & Collaboration: Ability to listen to non-technical team members, understand their needs, and translate them into effective prompts.
Adaptability: Fast learner who stays updated on current AI tools, features, and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working alongside marketing, sales, or operations teams.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or content layout tools (e.g., Canva).
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) is a plus, but not required.
