Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 months to 1.5 Years
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Telecallers, Telesales Executives, Team Leaders, and Managers.
Manage bulk hiring through job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
Requirements
Experience in bulk hiring, preferably for Telesales, Telecalling, BFSI, DSA, or Sales roles.
Valuable communication, sourcing, and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Familiarity with Naukri, WorkIndia, and other job portals is preferred.
