Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategy across key platforms.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content
Manage day-to-day engagement and respond to comments
Track performance metrics
Prepare reports on reach, engagement, growth, and conversions.
Coordinate with the design team to support campaigns and goals.
Stay current on platform trends, algorithms and best practices.
Run paid social campaigns when needed and optimise for results.

Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
Solid knowledge of platforms IN, FB, LI, YT, X and TikTok
Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience with scheduling, analytics, and reporting tools.
Ability to interpret data and use insights to improve performance.
Robust project management and communication skills.
Experience with paid social advertising.
