What you'll be working on
Take accountability to ensure KPIs for 1P partners in the respective clusters are achieved.
Ensure all partners are well trained in ROS (1P Retailer Operating System)
Works with 1P retail partners to ensure customer orders are attended to on-time, inventory details updated real time, provide all support (technical and operational) to ensure customer delight.
Ensures the partner is meeting the performance/expectations.
Develop current strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and prospects for process improvements
Work with City leads to ensure strict the partner is meeting the performance/expectations.
