Key Responsibilities
Administer partner portals and partner program memberships.
Coordinate partner certification activities, including employee registrations, certification tracking, competency reporting, and renewal reminders.
Own the deal registration process, including submissions, renewals, and status tracking.
Maintain Partner Profiles, CRM records, and partner documentation.
Manage partner program renewals, advantages, incentives, and compliance requirements.
Maintain the foundational components of the Partner Health Score, including certifications, program status, portal activity, and operational milestones.
Manage marketplace listings, partner directories, and company profiles across partner ecosystems.




Publish and maintain approved partner enablement resources and operational documentation.
Monitor partner program requirements and recommend operational process improvements.
Partner with the Partnerships team, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and Alliance Managers to ensure partner programs remain accurate, compliant, and operationally productive.
