We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our agile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence within the branch. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of banking products and services. The Branch Sales Manager will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, developing staff, and fostering a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch sales targets for various banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, investments, insurance).
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing ongoing training, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.
Manage and nurture key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and problem resolution.




Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management procedures.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, share best practices, and strategize on pipeline management and lead generation.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, credit, operations) to enhance product offerings and streamline customer service processes.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Ensure a positive and productive work workplace that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Actively participate in community events and local business networking to promote the bank's brand and generate new leads.
