Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing, or a related function.
5 years of experience in commercial agreements, cost negotiations, agreement negotiation and supplier sourcing.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA or Advanced degree or Certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proficiency in analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
Proven ability to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leverage investigative tools to track performance and drive data-driven procurement decisions.
Strong project management skills to lead strategic initiatives, implement recent strategies, and drive procurement innovation.
Adept at identifying efficiencies and process improvements to constantly enhance category management practices.
