Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and market research.
Promote and sell the company's filtration products and solutions to industrial customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.
Participate in exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer presentations when required.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the filter manufacturing industry is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
Positive understanding of industrial filtration products and applications.
Solid negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for customer visits within the assigned territory.

Experience with CRM software is an added advantage.

Candidates with prior experience in filter manufacturing companies will be given first preference.
