We are undertaking railway civil engineering works across South India. The Civil Supervisor should have the ability to identify, engage, and manage skilled civil workers and labour contractors required for project execution.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Government civil construction projects.
Ability to engage skilled civil workers and labour contractors for various railway buildings renovation activities.
Experience in handling additional civil works.
Robust workforce planning, coordination, and supervision skills.
Ability to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Valuable communication and leadership skills for managing site teams and coordinating with Railway officials.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites across South India.
