Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

Pioneer Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented GeM Sales Executive to manage sales through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for handling GeM inquiries, participating in tenders, preparing quotations, building relationships with government departments, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales through the GeM portal.
Search, analyze, and participate in GeM bids and tenders.
Prepare quotations, BOQs, and bid documentation.
Handle product listings, catalog management, and pricing updates on GeM.
Coordinate with government departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into orders.
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and timely delivery.
Maintain sales reports, bid status,



and customer database.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with GeM policies, procurement processes, and tender guidelines.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in GeM Sales, Government Sales, or Institutional Sales.
Hands-on experience with the GeM portal, bidding, and tender management.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
