Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to support sales operations, handle customer leads, and deliver an excellent in-store experience. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support
Assist customers by providing accurate product information and guidance
Support the sales team in handling inquiries and closing sales
Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets

Lead Management
Handle incoming leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
Maintain and update lead details in records or system
Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion

Customer Experience
Interact with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
Ensure a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused approach at all times
Handle customer concerns and escalate when required

Showroom Operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom




Ensure proper product display and arrangement
Support day-to-day showroom activities

Team Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the sales team for smooth operations
Share updates on leads, sales activities, and customer feedback
Report recurring product or customer issues

Additional Responsibilities
Assist in basic promotional or social media activities when required
Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
Take initiative in supporting store operations and team tasks

Requirements
Basic communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales and customer handling
Ability to follow up and manage customer leads
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage

Additional Information
Candidates should be willing to work in a showroom setting
Skilled appearance and conduct are expected

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
