Role & responsibilities
Deliver engaging STEM, Robotics, AI, Coding, IoT, Electronics, and 3D Printing sessions for students from Grades 312.
Conduct hands-on, project-based learning activities aligned with NEP 2020 and CBSE/ICSE guidelines.
Train students on Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, actuators, robotics kits, and embedded systems.
Guide students in innovation projects, hackathons, science exhibitions, robotics competitions, and ATL Marathon.
Set up, maintain, and manage STEM, Robotics, and Atal Tinkering Labs.
Design lesson plans, learning modules, assessments, and project documentation.
Mentor students in design thinking, problem-solving, prototyping, and product development.
Train teachers on effective use of STEM and Robotics laboratory equipment.
Demonstrate secure operation of electronic tools, 3D printers, laser cutters, and laboratory equipment.
Conduct workshops, boot camps, summer camps, and awareness programs for schools.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to robotics kits and STEM equipment.




Maintain inventory, equipment records, consumables, and laboratory assets.
Prepare periodic training reports, student progress reports, and activity documentation.
Coordinate with school principals, teachers, and management for smooth program execution.
Travel to client schools for installation, training, demonstrations, and support when required.
Continuously upgrade technical knowledge on emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, drones, automation, and robotics.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Applications, Education, or a related field.
Certification or experience in Robotics, AI, IoT, Electronics, or STEM Education is preferred.
15 years of experience in STEM, Robotics, Coding, or school training programs.
Freshers with solid technical knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply
