Robust understanding of networking fundamentals including:
TCP/IP
SNMP
VLANs
Routing & Switching
Experience working in multi-vendor environments including:
Cisco
Juniper
Aruba
Palo Alto
F5
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and authentication methods.
Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with engineering workflows, quality systems, and enterprise integrations.
Understanding of ITIL processes and service management practices.
