Job Description:
As an Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of the agency channel. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and developing a high-performing team of insurance agents, providing them with the necessary training and support to achieve their sales targets. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents to build a robust sales force.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and performance.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve agents’ skills and knowledge.
Assess agents’ performance and provide feedback to support their skilled growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Achieve sales targets by guiding agents in effective selling techniques.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Skills and Tools Required:
Solid interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with agents and clients.
Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for performance tracking.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
