Responsibilities
Simplify complex communications workflows (IVR, SMS, WhatsApp/RCS, chatbots, API consoles) into intuitive interfaces
Solid Developer Experience (DX) focus - designing for a technical, developer-first user base
Own the design system and information architecture as living standards, not one-off deliverables
CPaaS / telecom / messaging / communications-API domain experience (solid plus)
Technical literacy - front-end constraints and API integrations
AI literacy - using AI tools for rapid prototyping and productivity
Advanced Figma with design-token-driven handoff
