Job Description About the Role
Our Software helps online sellers manage their business on Meesho, AJIO, and Amazon. With current sellers signing up daily, we need a confident communicator to onboard and train them.
Responsibilities
Outbound calls to newly signed-up sellers to welcome and onboard them
Train sellers on using the platform over phone / screen-share
Follow up on setup issues and coordinate with the technical team
Maintain call records and share daily feedback
Requirements
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Confident and polite on calls; basic computer knowledge
Telecalling / support experience is a plus — freshers welcome, full training provided
