About the Role

Ready Kitchens & Consulting is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of commercial kitchen and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the F&B;, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial kitchen industry and possess solid technical as well as on-site project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of interior and commercial kitchen projects.
Prepare, review, and interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Conduct regular site visits across Delhi & NCR to monitor project progress and quality.
Ensure projects are completed within the defined timeline and budget.
Supervise on-site installation and execution activities.
Resolve project-related issues and ensure smooth coordination among stakeholders.
Monitor material quality and adherence to project specifications.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and site updates.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering,



Architecture, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Project Management, preferably in the F&B;, hospitality, restaurant, or commercial kitchen industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to understand and review 2D & 3D drawings.
Solid knowledge of project execution and site management.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel across Delhi & NCR for project execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in restaurant, cloud kitchen, café, or hospitality project execution.
Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
Self-driven, responsible, and capable of working independently.

Compensation & Perks
Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Company-provided conveyance for official site visits.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
