Key Responsibilities
Camp & Event Execution:
Organize and manage society health camps, RWA events, senior citizen group activities, and corporate wellness desks; handle permissions, logistics, and lead capture.
Lead Generation:
Meet weekly/monthly lead targets; ensure accurate data entry and seamless handover to tele-calling teams for appointment booking.
Local Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with gyms, yoga studios, chemists, diagnostics, housing societies, and community leaders to create recurring engagement prospects.
Pamphlet & BTL Operations:
Execute area-wise pamphlet drops, standee/poster placements, and kiosk activations; track performance and ROI.
Territory Mapping:
Identify high-potential areas within 35 km of the clinic; create and maintain a structured activity calendar.
Compliance & Brand:
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, patient consent protocols, and medical camp hygiene/SOPs.
Reporting:
Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR) with leads, cost per lead (CPL), photos, and outcomes; participate in weekly reviews with Marketing & Clinic Ops.
