AutoRein, a Le Servia brand, provides professional car-washing and vehicle-care services. We are hiring a responsible and hardworking Car Wash Assistant Supervisor to support daily car-wash operations and supervise cleaning staff.

Qualification

10th, Plus Two, Diploma or Any Degree. Practical experience and the ability to manage car-wash operations are more important.

Experience

Previous experience in car washing, car detailing, vehicle cleaning or team supervision is preferred. Candidates with good driving skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Mandatory Requirements

Valid 4-wheeler driving licence

Must know car driving confidently

Ready to work during early-morning shifts

Willing to perform car-washing work along with the team

Physically fit and ready for field-based work

Adaptable according to daily operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

Support and supervise daily car-wash operations





Allocate vehicles and work among car-wash employees

Perform exterior and interior car cleaning when required

Ensure vehicles are cleaned safely and according to company standards

Check the quality of completed work before handing over the vehicle

Guide and monitor car-wash staff

Ensure timely completion of scheduled car washes

Maintain cleaning tools, machines and materials properly

Monitor the usage of water, chemicals and cleaning supplies

Maintain attendance and daily work records

Report staff shortages, customer concerns and operational issues

Drive or move customer and company vehicles when required

Maintain discipline, punctuality and safety at the work location

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be hardworking, responsible and capable of managing a small car-wash team. The person must be willing to work practically with the employees and should not expect only a supervisory role.

Candidates with experience in apartment car washing, service centres, detailing studios or professional vehicle-cleaning companies will be preferred.
