We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business prospects, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records using CRM software.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Valuable problem-solving and time management skills.
