Responsibility
Managing Appraisal process (KRAs based) the levels and establishing a framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to reward management.
Identify training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
Work out various remuneration policies, including pay packages for newly hired employees.
Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
Formulating and implementing increment, incentive, and other remuneration policies.
Monitor HR metrics, including the time to fill, time to hire, and source of hire.
Solid sense of cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization.
Integrating the key elements of PMS; succession and career planning; reward and recognition and compensation system.




Developing training & development initiatives for improving productivity. Building capability and quality enhancement.
Adept at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent workplace. Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis.
Designing and updating job descriptions
Resolving Grievance or Queries that any of the employees have.
Building and developing the company’s positive brand image in the market.
Drafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Maintain personal contact and develop long-lasting relationships with clients and employees.
Respond to referrals (internal and external) in a timely, qualified manner.
