Working Days: Rotational work week (MondayFriday / Tuesday–Saturday / Wednesday–Sunday)About the RoleWe are hiring Customer Support Associates to provide excellent support to customers through Voice, Chat, and Email. You will assist candidates/customers by resolving their queries, guiding them through the self-service portal, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.
Guide customers in using the online self-service portal.
Create and update customer cases in the support system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Follow company processes, security guidelines, and data privacy policies.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams for faster issue resolution.




Meet daily productivity and service quality targets.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior International BPO experience is an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
Willing to work from the office in rotational US shifts.
