Job Description We are looking for a Senior Manager – Staff Augmentation Sales with 10–16 years of experience in the recruitment/staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in domestic IT contract staffing sales and a proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive current business development for IT contract staffing (Staff Augmentation) across the domestic market.
Identify, acquire, and manage enterprise clients while building long-term relationships.
Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, solutioning, negotiations, and deal closure.
Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in domestic IT contract staffing/Staff Augmentation sales.
Robust B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with enterprise clients and handling large staffing engagements.
