Job Description (JD) – International Sales Executive (US Process)

Job Title: International Sales Executive

Process: US Travel & Vacation Sales

Employment Type: Full time

Shift: Night Shift (08:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST)

Location: Remote / Work From Home (Based on process requirements)

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound sales calls to customers in the US market.

Promote and sell travel and vacation packages.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Follow company sales scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and internet knowledge.





Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection.

USB headset with a microphone.

Willingness to work in the US night shift.

Freshers with solid communication skills can apply.

Prior experience in International Sales or Voice BPO is preferred.
