Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day inventory operations within the automobile workshop.
Handle automobile spare parts, lubricants, consumables, tools, and workshop materials.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of critical spare parts.
Manage the complete inward and outward movement of spare parts and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock in the inventory system.
Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile system stock with actual stock.
Coordinate with Workshop Managers, Technicians, Procurement, and Vendors for spare part requirements.
Track parts issued against individual vehicles/job cards and ensure proper documentation.
Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, and obsolete spare parts.
Ensure proper storage, tagging,
and organization of all workshop inventory.
Monitor inventory consumption and identify discrepancies or unusual usage.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory MIS and stock reports.
Control inventory losses, pilferage, and unnecessary wastage.
Ensure minimum and maximum stock levels are maintained for critical items.
Support workshop operations by ensuring zero delays due to non-availability of spare parts.
Manage and supervise inventory/store staff, if applicable.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
