We are looking to hire Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience through voice-based interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
Follow company processes, policies, and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with team members and support functions.
Meet performance and productivity expectations.

Eligibility
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.




Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹20,100 per month
Night Shift Allowance (3000 Rs/-)
