Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Privacy & AI Specialist to support our organization in managing data privacy compliance and implementing AI solutions responsibly. The ideal candidate will have approximately 2 years of experience in data privacy, data governance, and AI-related projects, with a robust understanding of privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation, and monitoring of data privacy policies and procedures.
Support Data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments related to AI and data processing activities.
Monitor compliance with GDPR, DPDPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations in other jurisdictions such as UK, Morocco, etc.
Review and provide guidance on data collection, processing, storage, and sharing practices.
Collaborate with teams to ensure responsible AI development and deployment aligned with privacy standards.
Assist in the review of contracts with third-party vendors, including data sharing and sub-processor agreements.




Conduct training sessions and awareness programs on data privacy and ethical AI practices.
Support incident management related to data privacy breaches or concerns.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal audits and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Approximately 2 years of experience in data privacy, data governance, or compliance roles.
Basic knowledge of AI concepts and ethical AI practices.
Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, DPDPA, or similar.
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret legal and technical documents related to data privacy and AI.
Certification in Data Privacy (e.g., CIPP, CIPM) or relevant certifications in AI is a plus.
