Job Description:

The JD is broadly as follows:

Manager:
S2S business strategy with channels
Automation in SFDC , AI and Other platforms
Training CSEs and CREs on any current automation implementation
Managing stakeholders
Working with Business Intelligence team for analytics
MIS

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute S2S (Service-to-Sales) business strategies in collaboration with various channels to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Lead automation initiatives across SFDC (Salesforce), AI-driven solutions, and other business platforms to enhance productivity and customer experience.
Conduct training sessions for Customer Service Executives (CSEs)



and Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) on recent automation tools, processes, and system enhancements.
Manage and engage with key stakeholders across functions to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to track business performance, identify trends, and recommend improvement prospects.
Monitor project progress, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
