Community Education Coordinator – NGO We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible person who is passionate about helping underprivileged children receive better educational opportunities. Responsibilities - Visit slum and underserved communities regularly. - Connect with children and understand their educational needs. - Conduct basic learning sessions, activities, and awareness programmes. - Encourage children to attend school and continue their education. - Communicate with parents and spread awareness about the importance of education. - Organise educational activities, workshops, and community initiatives. - Work with volunteers and other team members. - Maintain basic records and prepare reports about field activities.



Skills Required - Positive communication skills in Hindi and English. - Friendly, patient, caring, and comfortable working with children. - Willing to travel and work in different communities. - Able to connect with children and families. - Positive teamwork and organisational skills. - Passionate about education and social work. Qualification - Graduation in Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is preferred. - Experience in NGOs, or community work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
