Job Responsibilities:
Sales & marketing strategy development and implementation in India
Service existing and develop opportunities with current customers
Price analysis and contract negotiation and management.
Direct analysis and reporting of sales planning and budgeting.
Create recent business opportunities, develop current accounts to satisfy business growth
needs while maintaining existing customer market share.
Good communication internally for aligning sales strategy, product availability, sales
process, and business finance etc.
Support in defining strategies to increase the market share and build a stronger company presence in the industry.
Collaborate with Technical team & other regional personnel to resolve technical issues raised by customers.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Candidate profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Post Graduate in Chemistry ;
Min. 3 years experience in PUD(Polyurethane dispersion) Industry;
Knowledge in downstream industry such as printing inks, leather finishing, wood coatings and industrial coatings is a must;
Self motivated with result driven attitude;
Occasional Oversea travel covering South East Asia would be needed.
