Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Digital Marketing Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing paid advertising campaigns and driving business growth through digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media marketing, along with a robust track record of increasing brand awareness, growing followers, boosting engagement, and generating high-quality leads through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
Increase social media followers, page reach, engagement, and brand visibility organically and through paid promotions.
Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI.
Coordinate with the design and content teams for creative campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.





Required Skills
Minimum 10 year of experience in Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Experience in boosting posts, increasing followers, improving reach, and generating leads.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
Valuable communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet campaign goals.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.
