Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
Evaluate structural, thermal, acoustic, and waterproofing performance of faade systems.

Project Execution
Lead facade execution from design development through installation and handover.
Monitor site progress, installation quality, and adherence to timelines
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during installation.

Vendor & Contractor Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard facade contractors and suppliers
Review technical bids, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Manage contractor performance, quality, and compliance with contracts.
Conduct factory visits, mock-ups,



and material inspections.

Quality & Compliance
Implement QA/QC processes for facade works.
Ensure testing of systems (e.g., water tightness, air infiltration, structural performance).
Approve mock-ups and benchmark samples.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols.

Cost & Budget Control
Monitor facade budgets and control project costs.
Optimize design and materials for value engineering.
Track variations, claims, and cost escalations.

Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (design, procurement, project management).
Coordinate with external consultants, architects, and clients.
Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
